Check-in process for visitors

You do not need to check in with security as long as you have your SAA Family Pass.

All visitors without an SAA Family Pass will need to check in at our Security Office located on the front porch of Stribling House before they may conduct any business on campus. The visitor will be processed through our Raptor Visitor Management System and provided with a printed badge to be worn at all times while on campus.
Am I required to check in for every visit?
If you have forgotten or do not have an SAA Family Pass, you will be required to visit the Security Office for verification.
attending Chapel or Lunch
Please inform the officer or guard at Gate 1 (Ellison Hall/Gym) entrance that you are here to attend Chapel or lunch, and they will direct you to park. Please park and go directly to Ellison Hall for Chapel or the cafeteria for lunch and enjoy your visit. We ask that you do not linger upon dismissal, as classes will resume shortly. Again, we ask that your SAA Family Pass is visible at all times.
From which gate do I drop off my student?
- Gate 1: 5th - 8th grade
- Gate 2: Pre-K - 4th grade
- Gate 2: All late arrivals after 8 AM
From which gate do I pick up my student?
Gate 1: Ellison Hall/Gym Entrance
- After-School Pick-Up for 5th-8th Grade (3:30 PM)
- Homework Club for 5th Graders (4:30 PM)
- Homework Club for 6th-8th Graders (5:00 PM)
Gate 2: Pavilion Entrance
- Primary School Pick-Up (2:50 PM)
- 3rd & 4th Grade Pick-Up (3:30 PM)
- After-School Care Pick-Up for Pre-K - 3rd Grade (3:30 PM)
- WELL Pick-Up (times vary)
- Homework Club for 3rd & 4th Graders (4:30 PM)
- All Early Pick-Ups (prior to 2:50 PM)
Early Pick-Up Procedures
Important: Please call the Main Office at 210-733-7331 to notify them that you will be picking your student up early.
- Pick-up before 2:50 PM: Takes place at Gate 2 (Pavilion Entrance)
- Pick-up after 2:50 PM: Takes place at Gate 4. Contact the Main Office at 210-733-7331 for instructions.
