End-of-Year Reminders

Parents of 3rd–8th Graders: As the school year winds down, it is important to collect items to be used for next year.

TECHNOLOGY

All technology devices (laptops + Chromebooks) and their chargers must be returned no later than Thursday, May 21. As the boys complete their final exam, they will be sent to turn in their devices. Students are able to return these items early if they will not be used. Items that are damaged or not returned will be charged to your son’s account according to the agreement signed at the beginning of the year. Please remove any stickers and drawings on devices or it will be considered damaged. You will be notified if any charges are assessed.

TEXTBOOKS

All textbooks should be returned to the teacher on the day of that class’ final exam. A fine will be assessed for textbooks that are damaged or not returned and charged to your son’s account. 

BAGS & TAGS

Teachers will collect the name tag from the backpack on Thursday, May 21. New tags will be ordered for students whose name tag is damaged or not returned for a fee of $10. Your son is invited to return his gently used backpack and any gently used school supplies. Each year, these items are donated to area schools and organizations in need. The organizations are always very appreciative of these items.
