How to...

Subscribe to the school calendar on your mobile device.

If you'd like to add our school calendar to your phone or computer, first navigate to our School Calendar page. Then use the following steps:

Click on the gray RSS feed symbol at the top right of the calendar grid.
Tap on the green ICAL icon that corresponds to the SAA calendar you wish to subscribe (select All Public calendars on this page to subscribe to everything or you may select individual calendars ICAL feeds).
For iPhone users, select "Add to Default Calendar App" (the third option). If you have an Android phone and use Google Calendar, select "Get Google iCal URL"

Access my student's health data.

San Antonio Academy's online student and employee medical online database management system is Magnus Health SMR (Student Medical Record). Parents will receive reminders as long as there are outstanding items in your account. The good news is that you will not have to repeat this entire process every year. You can make changes when needed.

Required Health Forms:

Download the 2024-25 SAA Annual Physical Form
Access other Health Forms through Magnus. See below for instructions

Magnus Health is now accessible through the The Wildcat Portal (Blackbaud). Only your Blackbaud login is required.

After logging into Blackbaud, follow these steps:

Click on Resources
Click on the Magnus Health Button*

* No Magnus login needed.
