The reputation of SAA’s summer enrichment classes extend well beyond French Place, where we welcome more than 1,200 boys and girls from across the U.S. and beyond international borders, from as far away as Hong Kong, for a summer day camp at The Academy! Much of the program’s success can be attributed to the many talented instructors who offer a diverse array of more than 250 classes, and also to the support of the summer staff.
With the help of this dedicated group of counselors, we are able to produce a fun and memorable camp experience that is open to SAA students and to the community year after year.

Absolutely love the camps!!! This is our third year and we will be back next year!
Thank you for fabulous choices! My son loved both camps and truly learned so much!
The entire experience was wonderful. From signing up to drop off and pick up, it was an enjoyable, easy time.
My son absolutely LOVED all 3 weeks of camp that he attended. We look forward to returning next summer.
My kids love going to The Academy for summer classes. I like that the class sizes seem to be smaller so there’s more attention and it’s a real learning experience. I love being able to see how many kids are allowed in each class in the class description.
Overall the counselors and staff were extremely friendly and provided a safe and fun environment. I will definitely sign our daughter up for camps again next summer and have told many of my friends about SAA Camp.
This was a lovely camp and my kids were happy and joyful at pickup every day! Thank you for putting together a quality camp option for families in San Antonio.
My children loved their classes! It was a safe, fun, learning opportunity for them both. It was fun for them to meet new friends and learn in a new environment. We hope to be back next year.
