After-School Programming
When classes end in the afternoon, a new action-packed day begins as older and younger guys alike work in the computer lab, take part in the Robotics Team, head toward the music room, study in Homework Club, participate on one of the many athletic teams, or take an extracurricular course like cooking, science exploration, or chess.
The Academy provides a wide array of after-school activities for its students because these activities give our boys another opportunity to grow and learn. After-school activities foster self-confidence as the participants master new skills and learn how to be a part of a team.
Homework Club
The Academy offers Elementary and Middle School students an opportunity to attend an after-school Homework Club from 3:45-4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday afternoons. Homework Club is monitored by SAA teachers or staff to provide a quiet space and dedicated time for independent work.

Competitive Sports
We want students to develop a positive self-image and attitude toward physical fitness and sports, and we encourage them to participate to the best of their ability on SAA athletic teams. Various activities are offered so that each student will find at least one sport he will enjoy, including football, lacrosse, soccer, basketball, cross-country, tennis, and golf.
