Academy students are encouraged to take part in any athletic activity they are interested in. We offer physical education and after-school competitive sports programs to give many opportunities for students to enjoy positive, school-sponsored athletics. The athletic program is also structured to give students knowledge of higher-level athletic expectations.

The 2023 SAA Golf season wrapped up with the Birdie/Eagle final at Cedar Creek Golf Course on Tuesday, May 2. During this last tournament, 8th grader Lawrence W. finished second overall, and The Academy also placed second out of all the teams competing. On Tuesday, April 25, 7th grader Asher W. also placed 2nd out of 72 golfers with his 36-shot in the final Par Tournament at San Pedro Golf Course. He was awarded a medal that was presented to him by SAA's Golf Coach, Mike McClintock during Chapel.
The Inaugural San Antonio Academy Alumni Lacrosse Game was a resounding success, with alumni players and supporters turning out in full force. The game, held at Frost Field on the San Antonio Academy campus on Monday, May 1, was a lively and competitive affair, with alumni players mixed in with members of the current 7th- and 8th-grade Wildcats lacrosse team.
San Antonio Academy's 2023 Wildcats Tennis Team ended their season with a strong finish, taking 1st place overall in the championships held Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
The San Antonio Academy Wildcats lacrosse team came out on top with a win against TMI on Tuesday, April 5, 2023. The boys defeated the Panthers in a 9-3 victory, putting them with a current record of 3-1 as we approach the second half of the season.
San Antonio Academy Wildcats baseball is off to a fantastic start, winning their first two games of the season. On Tuesday, February 28, the boys defeated Bracken Christian School 10-4, and on March 2, gave another upset, winning against FEAST 17-2.
