On December 5, 2022, we were joined by SAA alumnus and current parent, Jose Bonilla, DDS, class of 1998, as our speaker for Alumni Monday. He spoke to our boys about his time spent at The Academy and the importance of our motto: Be Honest. Be Kind. Be the best you can be. He reminded them that although it may seem hard to uphold these values daily, it will only get easier the more they put them into practice.

Dr. Bonilla left our boys with a very special and encouraging piece of advice that he said he got from his grandfather: "whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability." He tied this into our school motto and reminded students that as long as they are being the best they can be, that is all that matters.
