Dub Yarborough, Class of 2008 (Alumni Monday Speaker)
On October 17, 2022, we were joined by SAA alumnus, Dub Yarborough, class of '08, as our Alumni Monday speaker. Dub spoke to our boys about how special SAA is to him and what he went on to accomplish after graduating from The Academy.
After graduating from The Academy, Dub went on to attend The McCallie School in Tennessee, then came back to San Antonio and graduated from Alamo Heights High School. After graduating from high school, he attended Auburn University where he earned a degree in Radio, Television, and Film.
Dub recalled how his love for sports, which developed during his time at The Academy, is what led him to eventually have a career in Sports Broadcasting.
