For Alumni Monday on March 21, 2022, we're joined by Alex Rivard '02, Director of Curriculum for the Alamo. Alex's job entails overseeing the education department and the field trip experiences that children, including our Academy boys, come from all over Texas to enjoy.

Prior to his current role, he was a social studies teacher for 8 years. Alex definitely believes that his time at SAA influenced his love of history and reading. "I am currently doing a deep dive into Texas history and reading every book I can find. I'm learning as much I can, so when kids come to visit, they get the best possible experience."

Alex, thank you for speaking to our boys about your experience during and after your time at SAA. Next time we're at the Alamo, we'll be sure to say "hello."
