Scouts BSA Troop 88 Exemplifies How SAA Bond of Brothers Continues
Posted April 1, 2024
Wonderful to see how friendships created at San Antonio Academy have continued for a lifetime for Jim Montgomery '67 (far left), his brother Clint Montgomery '73 next to him, Sam Noble '79 (second to far right), and Jonathan Cluck '72 (seated far right). All members of Troop 88, they recently gathered at the 2024 Good Scout Luncheon.
According to Jim, "The bonds formed in Scouts BSA run deep. Shared values, teamwork in the face of challenges, and the sheer fun of outdoor adventures create friendships that can last a lifetime. Within their troop, Scouts develop essential social skills: effective communication, compromise, and celebrating the diverse strengths of others. It's a place where belonging feels natural, fostering confidence that benefits a Scout's social experiences in school and their future."
