SAA Wildcats Break Records at Track Meet
Our boys did an amazing job at all their track and field events held Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Cornerstone Christian School, as they competed against schools from all over the city.
7th and 8th grade athletes took second place overall while our 5th and 6th graders came out victorious in first place with 190 points. Some of our Wildcats even broke some SAA records!
Corbin Crocker threw 38.1 ft. in the Shot Put event.
Beau Bregman ran the 110 Hurdle event in 15.3 seconds.
Trip Johnson ran the 100 Meter Dash in 11.8 seconds.
Jack Hall, Corbin Crocker, Trip Johnson, and Beau Bregman ran the 4x100 Meter Relay in 50.09 seconds.
Let's keep cheering on our boys as they head to their next track meet at San Antonio Christian School on Thursday, March 31. Field events will start at 10 am and running events at 11:30 am.

San Antonio Academy’s Class of 2021 returned to campus for a reunion marked by reflection and reconnection as they prepare to graduate from high school and begin their college journeys. This fall, these alumni will attend a wide range of universities across the country, including MIT, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, Tulane, UT Austin, Texas A&M, SMU, Wake Forest, and more. We’re proud of all they’ve accomplished and wish them the very best as they take this next step.
Two teams of 8th grade students took the Ellison Hall stage on Wednesday, May 14, for SAA's Annual 8th Grade Championship Debate. This year’s topic — Is the Global Warming Crisis Exaggerated? — challenged participants to present well-researched arguments and demonstrate their public speaking skills before an audience of faculty, classmates, and families.
As the Class of 2025 prepares to walk through the Bondurant Gate next week, officially closing their chapter as Academy cadets, we hope they’ll remain connected in the years to come. Their spring has been filled with meaningful traditions—from the class trip to the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon to the Shakespeare Play, Military Ball, Alamo Honor Guard, Alumni Luncheon, Championship Debate, and Commencement. It’s been a memorable culmination of their time at The Academy.
