Michael Kelleher - Class of 2013 (Alumni Monday Speaker)
It was an honor to welcome back SAA alumnus Michael Kelleher, class of 2013, as our Alumni Monday speaker on April 15, 2024. Michael spoke to the boys about his journey, starting at The Academy to where he is in his career today.
Michael came to SAA in the 3rd grade and recalled how getting involved in sports was what helped him get acclimated to his new school. Through his introduction to sports at The Academy, he was able to learn a lot of valuable lessons that would ultimately help him on his path in the future.
After graduating from SAA, Michael attended Alamo Heights High School. After that, he continued his education at Texas A&M, graduated with a degree in finance, and is now a commercial real estate broker.
Michael concluded his Alumni Monday presentation by reminding the boys that it is important to "keep showing up" and do the best they can in everything they do. He also encouraged them to challenge themselves continuously and to set new goals and expectations as they continue to grow.
About Alumni Mondays: Each Monday, we welcome an Academy alumnus to speak to SAA boys during chapel. During this presentation, our alumni speakers share meaningful stories and lessons from their days at SAA. View Alumni Monday Showcase
