Grandparents' Chapels are Back!

San Antonio Academy hosted its second round of Grandparents' Chapels this year with Elementary School families on Wednesday, March 1. We had so many smiling faces in attendance and were delighted to welcome our SAA grandparents to campus and show them how we begin each day at The Academy.
San Antonio Academy understands how significant grandparents are and how they hold a special place in our hearts. Grandparents play a pivotal role in providing stability, safety, wisdom, and fun. In return, recent studies show that there are positive emotional, cognitive, social, and physical benefits for grandparents who are active in their grandchildren’s lives.
We look forward to our Middle School grandparents joining us later this spring for our final Grandparents' Chapel. Don't forget to RSVP!

SAA alumnus Warren Wilkinson, Class of 1963, joined us as our Alumni Monday speaker during Chapel on March 27, 2023. Warren spoke to the boys about his memories at The Academy and even brought his old uniform and letterman sweater from when he attended.

It was a pleasure to be joined by SAA alumnus Andrew Gutierrez, Class of 2006, as our Alumni Monday speaker during Chapel on March 20, 2023. During his talk, Andrew focused on The Academy's motto, specifically on the ending that states, "Be the best you can be." He encouraged the boys to always be the best version of themselves by being happy and doing what they love with the people they love.

It was a weekend filled with challenge, brotherhood, and camaraderie, as two of SAA's robotics teams competed in the regional championship round of their respective divisions.
