2026 Primary School Field Day

San Antonio Academy’s youngest boys brought boundless energy, bright smiles, and a spirit of joyful competition to this year’s Primary School Field Day, one of the most anticipated end-of-year activities for Pre-K through 2nd-grade students.

Dressed in vibrant team colors, the boys took to Frost Field ready for a morning filled with laughter, movement, and friendly competition. From the first whistle to the final cheer, each event offered the boys an opportunity to run, jump, and play. Relay races, skill challenges, and crowd-favorite games like tug-of-war kept the energy high and the excitement building throughout the day.

More than a series of activities, Field Day reflects the heart of an Academy education. The boys demonstrate teamwork, perseverance, and encouragement at every turn, celebrating one another’s efforts and successes. The presence of parents, faculty, and older student buddies added to the joyful atmosphere, as cheers echoed across the field and proud moments were shared by all. 

A special shout-out to 2nd grader Austin B., who was our DJ for the event. With a lively selection of music, he kept the energy high and the crowd engaged while offering a glimpse of the talents he is developing beyond the classroom.
